Global Operations Manager, Business Planning and Operations, Small Business, Remote

Meta is seeking an analytical, process & detail-oriented individual to manage, optimize and grow the Operations supporting the Small & Medium Business Sales Group, bringing together business strategy, workflows & technology. The role will be a part of the Business Planning & Operations team, an internal consulting function that advises management on overall Group Strategy and Operations. The primary objectives of this role will be to design and implement new elements to our Operational Architecture as well as to own workflows globally, identifying areas of improvement and executing upon them. The person will be close to the organization’s global strategy and will be tasked with proactively identifying future needs to ensure the business is operationally ready as strategy evolves and the business grows and changes.
