Planning and Analytics Lead, Google Cloud

The Google Cloud Vendor Management Organization (VMO) has responsibility for all extended workforce needs across Google Cloud, including but not limited to extended workforce strategy, vendor partner selection, governance, and operations and performance management. We’re building a team that is focused on partnering deeply with the businesses we support to achieve proactive issue resolution and value creation. In this role, you will help to define strategy, follow through with operational excellence to realize that strategy, and drive continuous improvement, create a great work environment for our extended workforce teams while minimizing risk. As a Planning and Analytics Lead, you will be instrumental in enabling the execution of the Google Cloud VMO strategy. You will be a part of the Strategy Enablement function of Google Cloud VMO and drive key strategic enablers such as Demand Planning, Oversight for Exception management, Budget Tracking, Centralized Reporting, and Market Intelligence. You will work with functional teams across Support, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to map current state, assess future demand, develop budget forecasts, and centralize vendor performance management, reporting, and insights to deliver critical insights/intel enabling data driven decision making.
